Sorian was kind enough to share the cheat code. However, I am having difficulty understanding where, in the game, I can reap the benefits of this cheat code. I edited the .ini file as instructed, but am uncertain what to do while in the game. Can anyone explain what I need to do? Thanks!

It lets you use all of the world builder functions instead of just tweaking the map. With the cheat code, you can make full custom scenarios.

I tried that and I see what you mean. That is great! However, just one more question.....The only way I can seem to edit the money I have is to go to city editor. Even then, I can only seem to get my money to go as high as 5,000. Is that what you are seeing as well, or do you know a better way?

Awesome! I think I finally got the answer! Thank you, loler, for the help! You wont believe how many posts/replies I have read without seeing an explanation of how to use the cheat code!!! I guess it is assumed that the readers in this forum know a lot. Which means I probably am more ignorant than most others in this forum...Oh well..Hopefully, with time, I will gain enough exp. to keep up with most others here.

Just so I'm clear, in the .ini file, do I type
cheat = chipotle

or
cheat = "chipotle"?

No quotes.

Okay I installed the chipotle cheat code but what do I do with it? Sorry for my ignorance!

You don't have to install anything. Just change the the line in the ini file from "0" to "chipotle"
