18 Civilizations - all 18 with no techs at all.
Warning you must do F6 and exit to get it to query for tech research.
warning workers can't do squat until you get at least one tech.

Good job! I was thinking about something along these lines because I get annoyed by the fact the the civs starting with mysticism beat you to the first two religions every time- giving them an early edge on culture.:goodjob:

the world builder isn't easy to work, but I figured I would try my hand at it.
you start in player mode and can edit techs there.
important not that certain techs must activate some stuff. if you give a civ meditation, then you have to manually have a founding city. in the game when the tech is learned - then and only then- is one of your cities assigned by the computer to be the founding city.
I also wanted to show others that it could be done.

that is not true
the first ten turns or so you will receive no message, but after a while the pc randomly decides what your holy city becomes. tried it with all seven religion techs in 4000 BC and around 3200 BC i founded 7 holy cities in one turn.

:agree: If you start a game for example from industrial era, the game wait some turns and then gives the holycities.

Is there any way too alter the victory conditions for this mod, such as make it so you can only win by conquest or domination or etc.
