I haven't seen this posted yet, and I wasn't sure if it should go here or not. Not a big problem, but here it is anyway. Only tested this once, I got annoyed at my AI enemy demanding that I give him a tech in return for peace even though he was losing. In return, I demanded a tech from him in return for peace and he refused. I asked him what he would want fo peace, but when he made his offer, it didn't remove mine. I got the pop up saying there couldn't be trading in peace offers, only one side offering tribute for peace, so my offer remained and his failed. It was possible to accept the active offer and get what I wanted anyway.

Just seems like a minor flaw. Maybe it was a one-time thing, so it may need a couple of tests.

It's a bigger bug than that, I couldn't (quickly) find the previous post however.

You can ask for everything they have (assuming it's a deal they would consider) and get it all. Big bug.

So it's already been found :) . I'll try to find the other post.
