View Full Version : Modding one age.
killaer Nov 02, 2005, 08:40 PM So...im pretty new to the whole XML thing or whatever..and I was just wondering Is it possible to make it so that in a game you can only play ONE AGE? Or to make a limit...like from ancient age to medival age? And...erm...where exactly is the whole XML editor thing anyway? How do I access it? Noobie questions yes I know.
CdGGambit Nov 02, 2005, 08:42 PM There is no xml editor
if you want to just play one age, delete all the other later techs, and have all players start off with all the prior techs. Simple enough.

MSTK Nov 03, 2005, 05:57 PM All the extra accessories for XML writing really does basically make things a bit easier to read, and easier for you to write.
However, all you really need is Notepad :)
