I'd like to know what happened when you win the game, by reaching 2050 or in another way.
I read in the manual that you can continue your game forever, this is true?
You can reach 3000 etc???
And if you lose? you can anyway continue?

Yes there's a "Do you want to quit?" message after winning, dunno about losing, never have :p
And it goes on for as long as you like.

im not sure this is the right forum but i'll awnser some of it anyway.

If you win you can (like in civ 2 and 3) pick the '... Just a couple of More turn' option

If you win a domination victory you see a movie of a guy who plants a flag and from the point he plants the flag a huge fiery shockwave shoots off to engulf the world, the others i have yet to discover.

i believe that if you loose you can choose the above mentioned option too unless you lost by loosing all cities
