jak08 Nov 03, 2005, 06:24 PM Use this place as a free web host. www.bytehost.com It takes them a few days to get you your info, but is by far the best free host I know of and they keep making it better, in the last couple of months they have almost doubled the features.
vbraun Nov 03, 2005, 11:05 PM Upload your files to civfanatics. It would be easier.

TenaciousT Nov 26, 2005, 01:19 AM I really like your flags, but I wish someone would give step by step instructions on how to load these mods. I am really confused....:(
Step by step:
1) Download the file (Banderas.zip)
2) Browse to the "Mods" directory of your install. A default install should have this path:
C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Mods
3) Create a new directory called "Flags" (or some other name you can remember)
4) Unzip the file downloaded in step 1 into this directory.
5) Start Civ IV
6) After it loads go to the "Advanced" menu at the bottom
7) Click "Load a Mod."
8) Select "Flags" (or whatever name you chose)
9) Hit "OK" in the lower right.
10) The program will warn about a restart, hit OK (this is NOT the computer, just the game :) ) Anyway, it'll restart on it's own, don't get impatient and start a second instance.
11) Start a game.
12) Yay!
mrnett1974 Feb 24, 2006, 08:49 AM Hello!
I have used for all civilizations the actual MODERN flag:
America --> Flag of USA
Arabia --> Flag of Saudi Arabia
Aztec --> Flag of Mexico
China --> Flag of China
Egypt --> Flag of Egypt
England --> Flag of United Kingdom
France --> Flag of France
Germany --> Flag of Germany
Greece --> Flag of Greece
Inca --> Flag of Peru
India --> Flag of India
Japan --> Flag of Japan
Mali --> Flag of Mali
Mongol --> Flag of Mongolia
Persia --> Flag of Iran
Rome --> Flag of Italy
Russia --> Flag of Russia
Spain --> Flag of Spain
Installation:
(1) Click on "_Civ4CustomAssets" in your Civ4 folder
(2) Copy the files into \art\interface\teamcolor
(3) Enjoy! :D
mrnett1974 Feb 24, 2006, 08:55 AM I have forgotten something important:
You have to modify the file CIV4ArtDefines_Civilization.xml:
Change every (except for <Type>ART_DEF_CIVILIZATION_MINOR</Type>
and <Type>ART_DEF_CIVILIZATION_BARBARIAN</Type>)
<bWhiteFlag>0</bWhiteFlag>
to
<bWhiteFlag>1</bWhiteFlag>
AndyTerry Feb 24, 2006, 09:15 AM mrnett1974
Maybe you'll do it yourself and include the file to a mod archive?
