A tools developer over at another forum just posted a tool that allows to you extact single file/s from the art0.fpk file. The developer's name is Mirex and here is his website (http://mirex.mypage.sk/).

I am curious. Why unpak single files if you can unpak them all and have them in a seperate dir. for refference?

I can find a use for it: If I don't want to change all of the files, just a few.

There is a bug in this application it seems. It doesnt handle spaces in directories, it replaces them with Underscores. Fyi.
