when we going to start, I see we have 16 people. It is 12:20 pm here and I have to go to a meeting for an hour or 2. Also how long do we have on turns- wont be much to do early but later on it could matter.

ummm... yeah.... we've got a problem here...

while waiting for some mail server changes to propigate on my hosted server, i was playing UT2k4. Then all of a sudden my PC shut off. my initial assumption was a power outage, but then i realized all of my other PCs were still running.

long story short, my only PC able to run civ4 appears to have blown a power supply. This means i must temporarily delay the start of this game. I have a friend that can get it started, but he is not online ATM. as soon as he is back, i will forward him the info needed, and we'll be on our way.

just curious on how close I am to a turn? I play the Aztecs...kinda lost track of who has done one and who hasnt.

tommytry said he will be doing his move tonight. with any luck, we'll be through everyones first move by weeks end ;)

please keep in mind that this game will last months, if not years.

not sure if my turn will come tomorrow but I will be very busy - might not get to game till after 9pm est if my turn arrives - just letting you know as per agreement.

From the looks of things something has happened - keep getting emails about nobody knowing whose turn it is. So 1) is somebody just too busy and is waiting till summer vacation for their turn? 2) Did somebody quit and not tell anyone?
3) is this game actually being played anymore?
I think it would be nice to have these questions answered, as from the emails I have seen they are valid questions. Thanks
