Hello all,

Our PBEM group switched from Civ III to AoW:SM because there was no kind of
battlereport in Civ III.
If someone did attack your troops between our gameturns you often did not notice that there was an attack or sometimes you lost troops without seeing where (especially with bigger nations in midgames).

So my question : Are there any kind of battlereports in Civ IV ?

Hmm... so many PBEM Gamethreads, but nobody knows if battlereports are now in Civ IV ?

Me and my friends wrote to Firaxis Support and to Sid´s "Ask a question" thread about this issue in Civ III.

It seems to me, that Civ IV hasnt improved the PBEM mechanics or why no PBEM-player answers ?

Come on... moderators... please tell me that battlereports are in now... Firaxis could sell seven more copies in this case :-)

Otherwise we must wait for Civ V and hope again.

I know that it was common courtesy to give some report of any kills you make in Civ III...
