So how precisely do healing promotions work?

For instance. If i have a unit with medic I, and I move in units without march so that they would not normally heal, will the medic ability heal them 10%? what if i move the medic into the square? Do multiple medic abilities stack? does medic heal 10% of the unit health, or an additional 10% of the amount that would normally heal?

Thanks,

Ghesthar

Healing promotions do not stack Therefore, if you have two swordsman both with medic I you still only get a 10% bonus

I saw this in one of those little hints they give you while loading.

I think the question he's trying to ask is: Does healing from Medic units stack with the normal healing that a unit would get for sitting still for a turn?

I don't know, frankly.

From my experience, it seems that it does. A unit that would normally heal .1 HP a turn will heal .2 or more with a medic in the stack.

The medic unit must sit there for a turn? Or can he be moved there?
The noraml units must sit for a turn? Or can they move into a tile with the doctor?

Not 100% about either of these, but I am fairly certain unless you have the March upgrade you must sit a turn. The answer to the other question is yes, the %10 stacks with what the unit would normally heal from sitting there. That little medicine bottle icon doesn't give a healing bonus, so much as just let you know how long it'll take to heal and then alert you when it's done.

Considering the game has only been out a few days, most of the answers on here are tenetive at best.
