Hi everybody!

I applyed Universal Suffrage, and now i want to speed up building in my city - but i can't find a button for it (on a city's layout) - it isn't described in civilopedia either - can anybody help me with screenshot?

It's just left of the minimap in the City Screen, with the automation buttons, at the right-bottom of the screen.
