We'll have a settler in a few turns. Where should we found our next city?

Sorry, only posting one (admittedly poor) map. Provolution's Vision for the East, term 2 has better maps.

Here are the choices I've come up with. Please don't hesitate to vote other and tell us about better options that you see.

A: A a core city for the west.
B: B a core city for the east.
C: A city by the diamonds in the jungle.
D: A city by the furs in the east.
E: Other (please post specific recommendations)
F: Abstain

The poll will be open for 7 days.

It now looks as though we'll have one settler in three turns and another the turn after that. We could take the top two vote getters in this poll. (If anyone bothers to vote. :mischief: )

Site A. Five BG's is exactly what we can use right now and we really need to get more core cities.

If we start building a road to the furs now, we will be able to move a later settler straight to them, and the city won't do much good anyway before the road is completed.

Here's the map Provolution posted in his 'Vsion for term two' thread. Rather than one eastern core city at B as in the first post in this thread, Provolution suggested two cities (Carbomb and Unabomb) as shown below. Any comments on B versus Carbomb and Unabomb?

Site A is perfect for what we need, with the river and the loads of BG's.

Our newest settler is on its way from Carpetbomb to site A in the west. We need a name for this city. I suggest we name it after our first leader. How about Provolopolis or Provobomb?

The next order of business is where to place our next city as we will have another settler ready next turn. It seems an eastern core city is in order. We'll also have another northern worker so Provolution's plan to build Unabomb and then 'log rush' settlers to build more eastern cities can be done. What say you, people of Iron?
