In my detailed city display screen all i see on the squares is wheat, i dont see hammers or coins, i can't figure how to turn that on, any ideas

The city display should show all food (bread), production (hammer), and commerce (coin) on each tile. Sometimes the hammers can be hard to see in the background details.

I suppose it's possible that you chose a location that is food-only, but the city tile in the center should show one of each.

i thought maybe that was the problem, but its in every city in every game ive played so far, and the cities are definately producing hammers and coins, i just cant see them on the city display

With the information you've given me, I'm lost for an answer. Could you perhaps post a screenshot?

It's a video-card issue. Check the bug report forum. Nvidia GeForce 440, I believe. I've got it to, waiting for a patch.

Yeah, it's a videocard problem. Those bread icons are not being displayed properly.
