While there are groups that deal with whether we should have peace or war, we don't have one that deals with the military specifically. Therefore I am creating this party. If you look at my sig you’ll see why this is important to me. The Principles of this group are:
1. At minimum a medium sized army for Conq…cough cough… Defense.
2. A navy that controls the Seas.
3. An Air force that controls the air.
4. A good pension and benefits for all soldiers.
5. Many bases and forts to operate from
6. Researching Military Techs.
7. Controlling the Defense Minister position (I’m using Awolf’s gov here. This part will obviously be changed when a Constitution is ratified).
8. To change any tented here it only requires a majority poll of all members.
9. Please put MSG in you sig when you become a member. It stands for Member Sparta Group.

Just Post if you want to be a member.

I might join, war is allways the most prophitable way of the game. Next to culture that is. So put me down as a member for now. In my sig though I will have the words MiniPeace which is new speak for the ministry of peace to go along with my MiniDest tag line for the ENCERLS. which is a similair group just for Culture/Religion instead of War.

NCHCP Diplomatic Proposal #1
To: Sparta Group
Request: 3 or more Sparta Group members, including its leader, join the NCHCP.
Give: When the NCHCP gains power, guarantee of the fulfillment and maintenance of the following Sparta Group tenets as soon as the required technology is available:
1. At minimum a medium sized army for defense.
2. A navy that controls the Seas.
3. An air force that controls the air.
5. Many bases and forts to operate from

7. Controlling the Defense Minister position*
*The NCHCP will guarantee that the Defense Minister is from the Sparta Group.
