Sleighty should have received my save days ago. No idea why he doesn't answer, his last activity here in forum was only 9 hours ago.

Sleighty or Redman, please tell me where the save is before 8am GMT +11 on the 14th. (Which means within the next 8 1/2 hours)

BTW, Herandar IV is replacing Dakhor. So snaproll, you need to send the save to herandar@gmail.com. i'll PM you the password Herandar, but you can change it by pressing alt-d ingame. You can also change name and email adress.

If you do change either password or e-mail address then make sure you let Azzaman know, in case you need to be replaced at a later date...

Got save from HowYaDoin.. I put in my PW, and hit okay and it doesn't do anything. If I hit cancel, it exits, but before exiting it shows the game menu, with the popup window that you get when you load a game w/ your leader's portrait, etc, behind the menu.

Bugged? Incorrect PW? I've got the PM where I sent my PW at the start, entered it exactly, and this happens. Could you PM me with my PW, azzaman? Thanks

try all lowercase. i didnt use capital letters in anyone's password, even if they were in the PM. Sorry for any problems caused by me being lazy.

Next turn sent to Zilch. Man, I got the strangest starting location.

Ok, I found the problem: the password was entered by Azza in all lower-caps, and it is case-sensitive. I have played my turn, and send the save to Unholy.

This game started on November 8th, and it has taken approximately 2 weeks to complete the first turn (assuming our fearless leader picks up the save soon). If we assume a relatively short 200 turns to complete, thats 400 weeks, which means we will be done in 7 years and 9 months, otherwise known as August, 2013! :crazyeye:

sorry about any delays caused by me, im on holiday for the next few weeks. So any unreliabilites caused by me are the fault of the lack of internet access.

Well strategy is supposed to be about the long term ;-)

It will go sooner once a few players are knocked out through conquests. So perhaps we might be finished in time for Civ 5.

Hey guys.. sorry to bow out now, but I've sold my copy of Civ4, so I'm gonna have to bow out of this game. My apologies.

It seems this game has died. If i get the save again, i probably wont care anyway. So i guess its game over. Slow playing and drop outs, i hate them. I'll try and start a new one in 3 weeks, if anyone is interested.
