I've completed two games so far. The first, I lost a Space Race by two turns. The second I won with a space race. During my Space race victory, I got that music, plus "City" music...so it sounded like crap. But that's not the bug.

In the HOF, I see two entries. In the "Victory" column, they both say Space Race. But there is no indication of which game I won, and which game I lost (other than the score variation). This a Bug?

Reproduce? Win and lose a game. Go to HOF.

I wonder if the victory should even be space race if another civ actually won, it should maybe say LOST under the victory column or LOST SPACE RACE.

I think there should be another column for WIN/LOSS or a better description under the Victory Column.

yes, rather surprising that it lists my heroic second place (should have nuked Friedrich before he built that space ship) in the HOF - without making a mention of that ignoble fact.
