Without wishing to tread on anyone's old size nines, I thought it would be helpful to list everything that needs to be done. The sooner we start the more we'll learn.


Agree on the rules (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=138691)
Get a good-sized list of DPs
Choose our starting conditions
Pick the first DP
Set a date for the first session
Notify the second DP of their expected deadline
Play!


In addition:
Post our intentions in the main Demogame forum
Decide to what extent the game should be recorded - should DP's be required to keep a log of some description?
Decide how to deal with people leaving/joining the DP rotation. I'm all for appending new DP's to the end of the list in the order they appear.
