Its a good question. I think at least. Lots of Great Civ3 mods are out now, like Anno Domini and Desert and the Mountain. More are under development. I for one intend on playing and maybe even modding both games. Who is with me?

I voted "Civ4 Only", but I wanted to qualify my vote because I do still play a little Civ3... as you stated, there are still lots of great mods for it. However, I'm playing Civ3 less and less, while I'm playing Civ4 more and more, and I foresee that I'll probably be playing only Civ4 in the not too distant future. Frankly, IMO, it's just that much better. So my hope is that more modders make the switch over to Civ4, especially once the SDK comes out.

Will I don't know if you are aware or not, but most of the unit creators(including myself) don't have Maya or 3-D studio max. I guess what we are waiting for is the ability to put units in Civ4.
