Basically, this discussion is to define the citizens group and to point out the differances between them and political parties.
So, the question is... what the hell is a citizens group?

What are Citizen's Groups? - These are groups that help push for a certain goal in the demogame. What you could do is make a group that says, "Our goal is to collect all the horses on our continent", or "Our goal is to control the east side of the continent". You can not, however, tell people who to vote for, etc.
I hardly see what there is to discuss... A political party could just be a fancy name for a more complex citizen group that has more than one goal... (and not a voting block that runs for elections, which is banned)

The FAQ is what we decide it is, it is not our laws nor anything else. Do we want that as the definition of citizen groups?

why not? Seems fine as it is, unless you can find a good reason to change it?
