As the title says, I had created 2 new flags:
The classical Coat of Arms of United Kingdom, useful if you play as Victoria

Yes, I only use another set of colors: this is why they are different from standard colors.

If you want the standard of Victoria (1 and 4 quarter with England, 2 with Scotland and 3 with Ireland)

I not have in mind to do it, for now. It would be too complicated to be seen in the flags. If you want the 3 lyons, take a look on Rhye library. I had used the entire coat of Arms, with lyon and unicorn in order to be more generic for UK, without a clear shield.
