Pardon what may turn out to be a very newbie question.

rhye has made a very nice world map which is available in a worldbuilder file. I note that part of this file contains the civilizations and their starting plots(StartingX and StartingY). My objective is to play this map but have the civilizations have random starting locations. Is this possible?

It appears that generating a random starting location is tied into the generation of a random map and can not be separated.
