I've made a suggestion of a decal for Norway, the national coat of arms in forms of a golden lion on red.

This along with some small changes on the Viking civilization by CivArmy s. 1994, makes Norway a fullworthy playable civilization. :)

Hope atleast some will enjoy it.

Although the current national flag is the red, white and blue one, the one displayed in the screenshot is Norway's national coat of arms and the one fielded by Norway's armies in the past (back in the day when we were a nation to be reckoned with - i. e. before Margaret sold us out). Even today most military units will use the lion with the axe as part of their banner.
