A bit of nostalgia history - If you look in the Civ3 Demogame I forum (archives), you'll find TONS of 3-letter abbreviations (like PEP, CAP, etc.). These were national programs.

I'm not a member so I won't vote and skew the poll but I think animal mascots are a great idea.

Of course the great Pip should be our mascot. I noticed that half of the Nay votes are from non-members.
