Picture a child throwing a fit and holding their breath(as in not breathing) until they got their way. Essentially he is saying "It's not going to happen."

I applied for the trial a few months ago when I heard about gamebyro and Elderscrolls 4... I haven't heard anything from them. Then last monday the 21 I asked again and still haven't heard anything.

It is highly unlikely that the eval tools will be given out to an individual. Each request is "vetted" by the company..no auto response..

Reason for this , they are looking to make a sale of their s/w not supply modders with free tools.

Thanks for explanation, Goombaz.
I awaited negative response, so i talked to my friends Edward Onkey and Pete Torent, but neither of these freaks knows this program. I won't give the company my bucks just for this short period before we get all we need in SDK, would be a crappy value for me.

Well I have finally heard from the great people at emergentgametech.com, below is a message by there marketing team and certain words have been blocked in * for privacy. This is good news.

*****,
Thank you for your interest in evaluating Gamebryo. I do apologize for the
delay in getting back to you, but I left a bit early to celebrate Thanksgiving
with my family and I hope you can excuse me. It is always nice to learn more
about new companies like *** *******. I have a few questions for you which
should help determine when would be the best time for us to send an evaluation
of Gamebryo to you:
Can you tell me more about your company? How long have you been in business and
do you have any previous titles you have developed?
Have development tools been budgeted?
Are funds currently available for middleware or are you in process of obtaining
funds?
What is your deadline for deciding on a 3D engine? You mentioned that you plan
on developing titles for PC, but are you interested in current gen or next
generation technology?
I have also included the link on our website describing the cost of licensing
Gamebryo and the associated maintenance/support fees for your reference. It is:
http://www.ndl.com/gamebryo-licensing.cfm That should help you understand (if
you're not already aware), of the costs involved, which in turn should help you
with the budgeting/funds questions above. Since I see that you have a rather
short development time, you may be interested in our Gamebryo QT product - which
many developers use to help them quickly develop and ship their title.
Thanks again for your interest in Gamebryo. I look forward to your responses.
Best Regards,
*****

Hmm... $75,000 seems to be a little bit to much for this if I do like it. Theres no way I'm spending that much money.

Bad, but informative nonetheless. Sadly it's a little bit out of my financial reach, too, maybe i have to sell one of my villas or sportscars...
One question though, he refers to your firm, so you-errr- cheated? I applied too, btw, firm: none, said for educationpurposes/MODing without hope for an positive answer, but if you don't try...
So, let's sit all together in a circle and sing Kumbayaah, 'til SDK arrives.
