This is an informational poll on the effect of holding elective vs. appointed positions on your likely participation in the game. It will help us design the specific offices to accomodate the styles of the potential office holders.

I know the options are complicated, but it's necessary to do this poll with this many options in order to get proper correlation. There are simpler companion polls so that the brain pain will average out a bit. :D

The options are:

Being elected or appointed would both increase my participation; elected would increase it more
Being elected or appointed would both increase my participation equally
Being elected or appointed would both increase my participation, appointed would increase it more
Elected would increase, appointed would not affect (or decrease)
Appointed would increase, elected would not affect (or decrease)
Elected or appointed is immaterial, a fulfilling job would increase more
My participation level is unlikely to change due to an election / appointment
My participation will decrease if you try to make me lead
Don't really care
Abstain No, I'm not a bloomin' idiot for not seeing the poll shows you the exact same options. This list will make it easy to edit in explanations if needed. :crazyeye:

My participation level won't change regardless what happens in game. Real life and school, however, might.

My participation level certainly won't decrease, unless external reasons force me to do so.
Holding an office certainly would increase my participation, as I'd be as dedicated to the job as possible. Although election would give more satisfaction perhaps, it wouldn't influence my increase on participation more than appointment.

In my case, I'm so involved now that it's hard to imagine anything making me more involved.
