I was able to run the initial file just fine and started playing. I finished my first session and saved for the night at 450 ad but now trying to load this new file it says "The save file you have selected is protected to ensure that the assets in your mod folder do not change." I was able to reload the initial file as well as the previous save which was 200 bc (all the autosaves also gave me the save file error). Attached is my save file. Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: OK - fixed save is attached. Let me know that you've got it (and that it works) and I'll delete it. :)

I have this same problem, only I get it when I first try to load the game. I can't even start it. Is there a specific place the file must be placed to begin it?

@ D. Minky: Did you try the save at the top of this thread?
