Oh, as for Vice Governor, anyone interested?

The following draft instructions for 820 AD are presented to the people for comment. :)

Production: finish University (2), Barracks(2), Trebuchet(1), Knight(3), Trebuchet(1), Knight(3)

MM : none needed

Worker Improvements: none needed

You may wish to slot the 2 Trebuchet in before the Barracks as they don't need Barracks and being slow units will take time to get towards Rome, whereas the Knights do need the Barracks and will get where they're going more quickly.
