It looks great but I don't think it's the Spain flag : isn't it Castilla y Leon?
Though, if you change to squares into Catalunya and Navarra, you 'll have the flag of spain after portugal got independant (I think it's around 1200)

Yes it's castilla's flag... and i think this is the actual flag, not the one used from 1000 to 1500.

Anyway it looks great, but it is not the flag spain had in 1500, nor the one used now.
