If you could, I would like your city to start on a prebuild for Coprenicus' Observatory. This is a wonder our nation would benefit greatly from and your city is the best place to place this station to see the stars. Please include a Palace prebuild in your city's build queue for your next Turnchat Instructions.

The palace prebuild is well underway, started by DP DaveShack as there were no instructions for Priapos for the last turnchat. The next lot of instructions will need to include changing to Copernicus as soon as we trade for Astronomy.
