CHAPTER 1: THE DAWNING OF A GREAT CIVILIZATION

Land: Pangea
Difficulty: Regent
5 Billion
No Barbarians

Joan D Arc (Yes that crazy woman) decided to settle her "French" people down and begin a new civ. (Which ended up to be a rather stupid idea, she should have kept on walking, looking for more resources) They were on some crappy cape in some crappy world. (Maybe Uranus)

3900 BC: Paris is founded! Decide to go to Bronze Working.

2670 BC: Settler begins scouting for good land, (Man did I get a crappy piece of land:crazyeye: )

2470 BC: Orleans is founded.

2270 BC: Another curragh is sent out to explore the coast of the east side of the cape.

2150 BC: We finally discover Bronze Working. Switch to Warrior Code.

1950 BC: Alfonzo l discovers the Babylonians! I trade some techs with the Babs.

1910 BC:Alfonzo must return because he cannot pass the Babylonian border because it surround by water and he can't get through. On his way pack to Orleans he starves and dies, before he could make it home. His fortune is passed down his son, Alfonzo ll, who is more of an expansionest.:king:

Joan D Arc is thinking about building a military force and surprise attacking the Babylonians for space. It is only a matter of time...:mischief:

A look at the French Civilization to end the chapter:

Sorry about the poor detail in the pics. I'll fix it next time.

This game looks fun to watch, since I am playing on Regent. Is this on large or huge?

It's on huge. Sorry, no updates yet.
I'm gonna give you a hint on what's going on though...

I've currently lost my notebook where I write everything down on... but I'll find it.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Alfonzo ll recieved straight orders from Joan D Arc before she died of old age. Uh-oh, Alfonzo's in control.:mischief: He left his expansionist idea and made an army of archers.
My (or HIS) curragh found a Bab settler that was undefended going to make a city he declares war and takes the city.

Goin after the capital.

Pics, if I can by Friday. Was up till 9 with homework last night.:crazyeye:

Because I have a laptop and this is the first time I've ever posted screens with it,and I thought it wouldn't fit a desktop's screen. But now I know. I t will look better next time.

I will promise I will update tonight once I get everything in order.

Alfonzo ll's units waited right outside the gates to the city, ready to storm in and fight like madmen.

Alfonzo ll's Army waiting at the gates...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v228/gundamdude0079/Waitingatthegates.jpg

1000 BC: The battle began! The archers shot at the enemy spears, and could hear the terror of women and children running through the city streets horrified by the attack. They knew it was coming, but they just had too much trust in their allied units to escape and settle in another city.

The bloodshed was massive. At the very end, the leader of Babylon ran out himself when Alfonzo ll struck him with his ax. Long live the loser!

Babylon was captured by Alfonzo ll's army, taking great injuries and taking great casualties. Alfonzo ll's brother, Theo, was struck by an arrow in the stomach and died immedatelly.

Alfonzo mourned his death, and all the resistances in Babylon pledged alliegence to "Glorious" Alfonzo ll, or will be beheaded by Alfonzo l's (Alfonzo's father's) ax.

The beheaded were thrown in to the coast. That part of the coast turned red with great amounts of dead and blood. The remaning citizens that pledged to the French, were made workers.

On this same year we discover the Romans and the Summerians.
Also, Joan D Arc's tomb is placed in the palace in Paris. Alfonzo begins his move back to paris, to see his palace for the first time.

850 BC: Merge a settler up north by Babylon with the iron, which is out of reach, currently.

800 BC: Alfonzo lll is born in Paris!!:king: THE PRINCE!!
daaa da da da da da dadadadadddddaaaa DA da da da da da da!:crazyeye:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

I was in awe, really because the defences were soooo sad in Babylon.
Why?
1. I lost tooooo many units to them.
2. That is tooooo easy for regent.
3. I wanted more of a challenge.:scan:

Don't worry, the game will get harder later. Once boats and airplanes start floating around, you will be attacked on all sides.

Get a ton of settlers and fill in that gap between former Babylon and France.

EDIT: Oh, yeah, next update will probably be packed with stuff... so prepare yourself.

Alright, I end up finding out that Babylon is NOT finished off! RETARDS! They have two cities left. I declare peace and get one for free, but I have a problem, because I foolishly redeclared war, and the city I took was unguarded. Whoops!

Okay, I'm not going to update until after Christmas. I've got something different in mind for this story, and I'm gonna get just what I need at Christmas.

Oh well, its not like that city was producing anything for your empire.

What are you getting for Christmas, Civ 4?
