Hi,

Is anyone aware of an easy way to convert a Civ3 map to a Civ4 map. Much obliged.

As far as I know, there isn't one yet. I'd like to make a converter, but there are two problems:

1) Civ3's tiles are diamond-shaped, Civ4's are square. Geometry will be messed up anyhow.
2) I don't know how Civ3 maps are encoded. They're not quite as accessable as Civ4 maps.

Uhm, IIRC Rhye start something about this? :confused:
