Eventhough I have not bought the game and would get it this Christmas along with a new laptop. I am wondering what Civic Combinations would best emulate the following governments?

Vatican City Theocracy
Iranian Theocracy
Consitutional Monarchy
Absolute Monarchy
Stalinist Communist State
Communist State (Post Stalinist)
Fascism
Federal Republic
Classical Greek Democracy
Republic
Technocracy

Not sure about some of those, but if you just want a list of civics I'm sure you could figure which combinations emulate which governments.

Sounds off-topic though. You would have a better audience in the General Forum.

I can help with some:

Stalinist Communism:
Police State
Bureaucracy
Slavery (forced labor)
State Property
Theocracy (not in the traditional sense. Stalinist Russia used communist ideology in a similar fashion to how fundamentalist nations use religious ideology. It has the additional effect of representing militarization and limiting the spread of new religions, as Stalinist Russia was decidedly anti-religious)

Post-Stalinist Communism (I'm primarily thinking the satelite states here)
Police State
Bureaucracy (although Nationalism comes close)
Emancipation
State Property
Free Religion (not exactly encouraged, but not specifically targeted)

Typical European-type Republic
Universal Suffrage
Free Speech
Emancipation
Free Market or State Property, depending on how socialized their system is
Free Religion

Confucian Chinese State
Hereditary Rule
Bureaucracy (if ever there was a spot-on civic, it's bureaucracy for this one)
Serfdom
Decentralization
Theocracy (Mandate of Heaven)

Fascism:
Police State
Nationhood
Emancipation (technically)
Mercantilism (xenophobia intermixed with the incestuously close bonds between government and the corporate sphere)
Theocracy (often a fascist government tightly associates itself with the majority religion and seeks to villify other religious traditions as harmful to the state, not to mention it uses nationalist ideology in a similar vein to Stalinist Russia using communist ideology)

Absolute Monarchy:
Hereditary Rule
Vassalage
Serfdom
Decentralization
Theocracy or Organized Religion
