Hi, I was wondering whether someone would make a mod to be able to set cities on alert.

For instance, a city on an enemy border will be vulnerable and therefore should be placed on alert raising defensive bonus or military production at a cost of gold, growth or hapiness?? Have standard and alert setting and show that the city is on alert with colours/animations?

Hope someone can/will do this.

Add a building (and use the building demolition mod to remove it).

+25% defense, -2 happiness. Something like that.

reminds me of call to power's military readyness somewhat. It would be cool to have some sort of preparedness level bar for each city where you could increase the defensive bonus at the cost of happiness, commerce, or whatever.

Maybe someone could make it like USA's "amazing" color coded threat level system :banana:
