I set the turn timer a little short in my direct IP game, and I'm trying to change the setting for it. How would I go about doing this? When reloading the game, all the options are greyed out.

Good Question. Having the same issue. I thought we could change it pre patch, but maybe I'm mistaken. I definitely can't do it know, but it seems odd. If everyone agrees with a change between multiplayer sessions, why would they care?
