This is an annoying problem I have with the PC.

Once I have inserted a USB Device, an SD Card or anything else (removable storage, etc), and when I'm finished, I naturally click the "Safely Remove Hardware." However, when I decide to plug something in after that again, nothing happens at all. It's like it isn't even recognized.
I have to restart the PC for everything to work again.

Thoughts?

Just don't bother 'safely removing' it. I've been fecklessly tearing the stuff out for over a year now and had no problems.
