When I am trying to connect for a multiplayer game from the in-game menu, I always receive this error.

The connection to the game browsing server has failed.

How do I solve this?

I always get that when my internet goes down. 1) make sure your internet works. 2) make sure the civ 4 port is open. To open ports, go to windows help and type "open ports". It'll learn you how to open them.

If that doesn't work...I dunno.
