Yes, after a whole freaking long time, another Ottoman Conquest story appears in the depths of the civ3 S&T section...

Chapter One- Prologue
In was night when Al-Kahari stepped out of his cow hide dwelling onto the parched land of Anatolia, a vast plains region with two rivers, the Tigris and the Euphartes, two large rivers that flow into the Sea of Mamara, toward the East. He saw the sun just barely peek over the sea. He knew that it was time to herd the cattle outside of Istanbul. He made his way with his companion, El-Jaz, traveling on an old trail to the Tigris river.
Once there he and and soime other workers began constructing a road to link the cows. This road will make it possible for the cow herders, large robust men, to trade skins and other products to the city's redidents.

Unjack was a leader of the tribe of men who controled the city's actions and progress. They discussed where should the new houses shoud be placed and what military the city builds. the arguments were feverent, with men on sides on a particular issue. But this was tireing work. So on his break he decided to take a walk on Palace Street in the heart of Istanbul. On the street was the royal residents of Osman I, a young man with the wisdom of an elder.
Osman had a team of poor farmers that farmed in the large sugar fields south of Istanbul. There they would farm and grow massive amounts of sugar and sugabeer, an alcoholic beverage made from sugar.
The sugar fields extened upstream from Istanbul for almost 10 miles, the workers cut and grew sugar, putting it onto mules that will carry it to the city for manufacturing.

Al-Kahari ventured beyond the herding fields of the cattle. While traveling, he saw a tributary of the Tigris. he called it the Tigris Minor, which flew north from th e Tigris Major. There, he saw a small range of tall mountains which were called the Taraus Mountains.
