Have played the game numerous times, with and without the most recent patch.

Most recent game crashes at the point of killing last opponent. Error message is below FYI.

It's a bit odd because the last opponent has no obvious remaining city (although I haven't revealed the entire map), so he should be dead already. On killing one remaining ship, the "the Iroquois are dead - do you care?" box comes up, and almost simultaneously the program crashes.

Can anyone offer a fix?
