Based on Mumin's reskin on the Javelineer. I liked Mumin's so much that i recoloured it and removed the beard and some other things...I hope it looks ok I am on vacation and can't play civ or test it out. If someone could post a pic they would be a doll. Please note: Mumin deserves most of the credit :) I just shaved, recoloured, and removed the sandals.

PS. I didnt change the weapons or shield from Mumin's graphic. I just shaved, removed sandals, added teeth, changed eye and skin color. This is my first attempt at something like this so please be gentle :)

Shrink him down, put him in a group of 5 and that is a kick ass group of goblin skirmishers. Sweet.

Sounds pretty much on level with what I did :D Nice skin by the way!

I edited the skin a bit...removed the gawky teeth and made his eyes redder :)
