You could include the Black Carib as a Second UU if you wanted...maybe replacing an early musket guy. Anyways, I like your idea :)

This looks great, the only thing that I'd suggest is that perhaps the cost of the Kalipuna should be upped to 45 hammers as with the extra strength and not needing iron, it seems a bit unbalanced.

It's a common problem among civs - not everyone has the problem, others do. Sorry I can't be of much help - I never had the problem until some flags I designed myself (no less) did the exact same thing.

It's related, I believe, to the Alpha Channel of the graphic.

I Cant Get It To Load. I Download The File Into The Mods Folder, Unzip It There. When I Go To Load The Mod It Seems To Load, But When I Get The The Screen To Choose Civs Its Not There. What Am I Doing Wrong?

Try to manually go into the mode folder and click on the file.

The first one i downloaded worked, but all others i downloaded never would work. i give up.

I'm planning to place your Civs on the Earth map, however I can't find the location of "Karie", the Carib Capital, where is that? Which modern day city is close to it?
