I have created these flags for a mod based on the most popular German fantasy rpg "Das Schwarze Auge" (The Black Eye). I have decided to publish the flags as the mod is far from being playable.

Very nice. Any idea on how long until before the mod is done?

@woodelf:

It will take a while... Presently I am working on the big and very detailled map. I will start a thread for the mod as soon as it is worth doing so.
I hope you keep on making fantasy unit. That would fasten the progress of my mod. ;-)

Well, if you give me ideas of what you need I'll certainly try. PM me a wishlist and if I can skin something up for you I'll be happy to do it. The more fantasy the better.

Cool. I love DSA! A mod would be superb! :)

Ich würde ja D&D bevorzugen, DSA war nur meine Einstiegsdroge. :D But back to English. ;) I'd love to see an RPG-based mod, it'd be great. Anyone able to do the same with Shadowrun? :)

Wonderful, we simply have to have a DSA mod! Even my forum name derived from a character I used to play in this rpg. Looking at your flags I wondered if these are all the civs you plan to integrate into your mod. No demon crown?

LOL, my forum name is also a DSA and D&D character! ;-)

@ Alvesang
As I have invested so much money in DSA I didn't ever try other rpgs...

@ Lares
I plan to integrate the following civs:

These 13 for sure:
Horasreich:queen:
Raulsches Reich:king:
Thorwal:beer:
Bornland
Al'Anfa:banana:
Brabak:smug:
Maraskan:ninja:
Khunchom:egypt:
Fasar:satan:
Novadis:nono:
Aranien:love:
Nivesen
Svelltscher Städtebund

These are not so sure and will only be placed to balance the other civs:
Mengbilla/Elem
Al'Hani/Tobrien
Almada
Weiden
Albernia
Nostria
Andergast

Probably represented by Barbarians:
Gjalsker Barbaren
Orks
Goblins
Waldmenschen
Achaz
Elfen
Zwerge

The incorporation of Borbarad in the Mod would increase the complexness much and therefore I don't want Borbarad in the Mod for now.

Once you get started, I'd be more than happy to do the English translations for you. I worked on translating DSA to TDE. :)

@ thamis
Wonderful. Than I don't have to worry about that. I have recently seen that the title of this thread is wrong and a black eye is something very different from The Dark Eye...

Yeah, it would really be great, if we would have a german and an english version of the mod. @Thamis: How did you get this job? Did you do anything else for the german version.

@Khadil Okharim: Well, your name isn't the one of your rpg charakter, I guess ... ;-) If you need any help with the map, I have some spare time to assist you. I'm playing TDE now for nearly twenty years and I know the geography by heart.

Bright day
Great:goodjob:.

I know very little of Aventuria, but mapping whole continent? Is that wieldy?

BTW It is The Dark Eye in english, black eye means what you would tell with blau...;)

Hi, the flags are excellent. I plan to use them in my fantasy mod, with your permission of course :D

At least until i get profficient at my own map making and can make some more world-based ones.

Thanks

Unfortunatly I don't have enough spare time to develop the mod. The FfH mod is so excellent that it would be very much work to make a mod based on Das Schwarze Auge/The Dark Eye satisfying my own pretensions.
