It's hard only by reskining to do a dwarf. So here some bearded humans :

The 3 first have a dwarwen style armor/weapon
The 3 other have normal armor.

(there's 3 different shield in the zip)

I dont think the silver crossbowman has the right gloss or weapon mages with it. It doesn't show up like the awesome runes shield you have pictured.
