The Alpini were, and still are, a high-ranking regiment in the Italian army. They were first used right after the unification of Italy to defend Italy's northern border in the Alps from Austria.

So, here's a unit skin for the Alpino (based on the rifleman) complete with Fiamme Verdi collar patches and cap emblem.
For attributes, I'd strongly suggest 16 str and Guerilla II, due to their training in hill/mountain combat.
