Mister President,

A question was asked in the Judiciary thread about who should post instructions for our capital city. We should have a governor appointed by now, if the Minister of the Interior were on top of things. The court doesn't have official reason yet to look into the matter since there haven't been any reports filed, just thought you might be interested. ;)
