Unless it would be a huge chore for you good people that are running the HoF, would it be possible to create a leader category as well? It seems to me as though you have that information stored in the savefiles when I check my submissions.

I agree it would be nice to sort by leader. Although I don't really agree with your other comment though. For one, it wouldn't seperate people that are innovative because the write-ups people may be following were created by someone. That person would be in the sort by leader as well. Also, with any given gauntlet it is pretty easy to figure out a winning strategy. The thing that puts people at the top of the gauntlet is who can implement it. I mean look at the current one. It is pretty obvious the only leaders that stand any type of chance of winning are HC, elizabeth, qin, and possibly ghandi (that is just my opinion though). That is pretty much common sense, there isn't anything really innovative about it.

Now if you are just wanting to see how well you can do with a given leader/tactic for a normal game that is a different story. It is fun to be creative if you are just playing for fun and not in a gauntlet.

What I meant was not that you'd separate them out exactly so much as you'd see how people had acheived high scores without following a "tried and true" strategy. If there are 10 high domination scores all featuring Caesar then this means the community has discovered a near optimal way of playing for this victory type. If I'd like to see that I could acheive nearly as good results playin with Louis XIV then a sort by leader option would give me that opportunity.

Playing with different traits implies the use of different strategies, with another sort option we can see the use of, in this example, Ind/Cre when trying for fast dominations. I think that would be a fun addition.

Oh, I think its such an obviously good idea that most people just arn't commenting.

Being able to see who hold the record for Montezuma Diplomatic Victories on Immortal is an idea that sells itself.

Additionally, I want to sort by Barbarians On and Barbarians Off, just because I think it impacts things so much.
