Our cities have or shortly will have Hospitals and will be able to grow beyond size 12. At this size however growth is slow, yet with enough luxuries to keep the people happy, larger cities means more production and commerce.

Our Workers are currently busy railing, but soon that task will be complete around our cities and we could reduce our workforce and grow our cities in the process giving some lucky workers a well earned rest!

We have only 6 Native Workers all of which could be happily relocated into one of our cities, saving us the cost of employing them on the railroad. Isktahr is also able to produce a Worker every 2 turns giving more Native Workers to add to our cities.

The rest of our Workers are Slaves, but that doesn't mean they're not welcome, once their civilisation is no more that is! The German nation has been eliminated from our world, so these people no longer have a country to rebell to. We can therefore welcome them to our cities without fear of additional war weariness. I've not counted how many German Slaves there are but there are quite a few! We will still be left with a large number of Romans, French and Persians to improve our nation.

So do we join our Native Workers and the German Slaves to our cities?

Yes; by the time this turnchat ends we should be ready to do that. There's more than 5 German slaves, at least.

Which cities need more citizens?

Our larger slow growing cities?

Or, if we joined Natives and German Workers to take Olympus to size 20, that would allow it to complete ToE in 10 turns.

Styx and Berlin would seem to be good choices for merges after Olympus.
