So this is my first skin so its not perfect and there is stuff i want to fix still, but i am mildy happy with it so here it is if anyone else likes the x-men. Let me know what you think. Why the phoenix is running around blowing stuff up, your guess is as good as mine!

I know the Phoenix that is the fiery bird from legend, the character from the Illiad, the air to air missile, the NASA spaceship, but I have never heard of this kind of phoenix.

where will I put/install these kind of files? i cant find any guide on where to put it

just unzip the whole folder into this directory:

My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\CustomAssets\art\units

just put the spy folder in there. Then the game will load the skin automatically.
