Glad to see they are already making another Total War game. So far the graphics look and sound pretty cool, although they didn't say much about the rest of the game.

Also, what do you all think about the addition of the Aztecs? They're going to have to make the map a whole lot bigger.

Didn't like Medieval: Total War because I always thought it was trying to do too much with the older engine, and would be much better using Rome's layout.

Hopefully they will give the AI a tuneup though, it was really bad in RTW.

It was okay at defending, but it was a seriously bad attacker. As it advanced it would re-shuffle its troops, mixing them up and resulting in a drip-drop series of attacks from one unit at a time...:ack:

I hope they add most of RTW's attributes....it was a good game!

Exceptions include anything from the Civ franchise, and anything from the Total War franchise.

I'll buy this puppy the second it hits the shelves.

My only disappointment from this franchise is that my buddies and I cannot play the campaign game multi-player, but only 1 off battles.

Atually you don't have to play to unlock nations you an just go to you discip_Srat notepad file and you cut all the civs from the unlockabal and the unplayibal list and paste them to the unlocked (or playibal civs bit do not add the senate or the rebels)it aslo makes it so that you don't have to go throgh that dumb tutorial.Hope this gives an answer.
