why do poeple just use the excisting buildings why not make new ones

Until some days ago there was no known way to create new building models. Since this has been changed there might be in the near future (in fact some have been already created for Sci-Fi mods).

Ok, i got the zip files, but where do I extract them to? Should I do it to the mod folder or what. Thanks.
