What do you want me to change ? We can't edit model so it's imposible to do his beard and his mustach

I agree with Roland. We all know that this version of Vittorio is a much more shaven one, but I really don't think it's possible to make the beard longer. If you find a way, feel free to post.

There is always someone to complain about something espacially the one with 1000 post. This LH look great and i think he deserve better respect than Do it better !. I think YOU SHOULD make this leaderhead yourself if your not happy, for the other, someone will probably use it for his own mod.

I agree with you guys: without a specific 3D model, adding new animated leaders is a hard challange.
I've tried myself to use a different base model (Roland's one uses Napoleon), but I had no luck: the result was no better than this one.

Hi, the leaderhead looked AWESOME, so I dl'd it, but unfortunately, after copying the files over the originals (after making back-ups of the originals, of course) I still see same ol' Napoleon.

Is there something else I need to do? My art pics are scattered among 4 different folders. I don't have this magical, singular artfpak folder that everyone else talks about

You need to unpack the Art0.fpk file in your civ IV folder. Unfortunately I don't remember how I did it. Post a question in the main Creation & Customization forum to find out how.
